British infantry colour test

Just painted two identical British infantryman miniatures in classical red and khaki uniform.

These minis are only one pose from Peter Pig "Sudan Range" pack called "27. British infantry advancing".

    1. I am gonna paint my brits in red, but I want to have 1 unit (10 man) in khaki.

  2. I like both also, and have units done in both schemes as well.

    1. You can use the 10 men in khaki as Guard in the latest kit...as one would exspect as the "Troop
      De show" just a thought...)

  3. When I paint them, my Brits get redcoats.

I bought some khaki painted ones a few years ago in a big batch to get other figures, honestly. However, I worked out an excuse for the khaki: on Venus, the cloth has to be specially treated to prevent premature decay. The process colours the cloth khaki, and makes it impremeable to other dyes.
